With over 30 years of significant New York and New Jersey experience and a focus on business law, founding partner Harold Steinbach provides senior representation to clients throughout the metropolitan area. His Martindale-Hubbell AV rating* (the most prestigious peer-review status in the legal profession) is the highest possible rating and reflects the highest ethical standards and legal ability. He has been named one of  "New Jersey's Top Rated Lawyers" by Inside Jersey magazine. He has also been named one of "Bergen County's Top Lawyers" by (201) magazine.

Harold is a graduate of Bronx Science, SUNY Binghamton and NYU Law School. Prior to forming his own firm 10 years ago, Harold spent 21 years with three very prestigious New York City law firms: Flemming Zulack Williamson Zauderer (two years as an associate); Kleinberg Kaplan Wolff & Cohen (six years as an associate and 11 years as a partner) and Parker Duryee Rosoff & Haft (two years as a partner). For a number of years, Harold headed the corporate department at Kleinberg Kaplan. In his commitment to legal education, Harold has published articles and lectured to bar associations.
