Step By Step, Inc., a community based, human service agency, is committed to enhancing the quality of life and personal growth of those we serve through support for individual choice and independence since 1977.

Our vast array of services focuses on meeting the needs of individuals across the lifespan while maintaining a vision toward each person’s desires, abilities, and right to be a productive and valued member of the community.

With a history stretching back to 1977, Step By Step, Inc. today provides services to over 2,000 clients in multiple Pennsylvania counties. 

They include: the Northeast Region (Lackawanna, Susquehanna, Wayne, Luzerne, Wyoming, Carbon, Monroe and Pike counties), the Lehigh Valley Region (Northampton and Lehigh counties), the Southeast Region (Montgomery, Philadelphia and Delaware counties), and the Western Region (Allegheny, Fayette and Washington counties).
