Step It Up, Inc. is a social enterprise focused on youth career development. Our mission is to provide youth with career knowledge, experiential learning, and continuous support to help them transform their futures. 

Our vision is for all young people to be introduced to life changing experiences that focus them on pursuing meaningful careers and becoming productive and fulfilled adults. 

SIU was founded in 2003 in response to the challenges teens face in achieving their professional career and college goals. Since then, SIU has focused on preparing 100 teens and young adults to successfully bridge the gap between school and career so that they graduate from high school, succeed in college, and break out of the cycle of poverty.
