STEP Miami is the Miami-based branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, a non-profit organization founded in 2000. It ranks among the largest and most active branches in the Americas and provides practitioners with access to advanced trusts and estates resources aligned with STEP's objectives. The branch is chaired by Fabio Concesi, TEP, and is governed by a twelve-member board, with a growing membership drawn from accountancy, legal, banking, and fiduciary services in the Miami area. It welcomes professionals who focus on trusts and estates, whether serving private clients or corporate entities. It offers regular monthly events and an annual conference, the STEP Miami Summit, designed to foster networking and up-to-date knowledge on trust and estate developments. The Summit attracts roughly four hundred professionals from diverse international jurisdictions each year, illustrating its reach beyond the local market.
