Sterling Investors LP (“Sterling”) is a privately held, employee-owned real estate investment advisor established in 2020 by Khaled W. Kudsi.  The firm was founded based on two simple principles: (i) the investors come first; and (ii) no one takes better care of assets than their owner.  

Sterling pursues a broad range of value-add and opportunistic real estate-related investment opportunities across all asset classes in the U.S. and Western Europe. Sterling believes that if we serve our investors well, our own success will surely follow.
