Each one of our patients is encouraged to complete an anonymous feedback report about our services—from our receptionist to our surgeons and everyone in between. 

These reports are reviewed line-by-line to troubleshoot areas where we can improve. We are never satisfied with just “satisfactory” or “fine”.

Undergoing a surgical procedure, whether planned or emergency, is a frightening experience for the patient but often more so for loved ones. In an age where taking the time to really talk with patients and families to explain a healthcare condition is hard to come by, we still make it a priority.
