Sterling and his team’s proven approach to sport-specific training has elevated performance in many South Metro areas finest athletes that have gone on to participate in the Olympics, compete in college, win state titles & achieve personal bests. Become more skillful at faster speeds and with greater precision from progressive exercise & instruction aimed at developing fundamental motor abilities to enhance athletic capabilities. Proper technique is emphasized in: State of the art Speed, Agility & Quickness training; Isolated Drills & Integrated Exercises; Dynamic Warm Up & Flexibility; Explosive Weight Systems to Arm Movements; Running & Movement Patterns. Improving Core Strength & Overall Fitness are key components to each of Sterling’s Team Speed’s programs aimed at improving athletic performance as well as decreasing injuries. Our coaches also work to improve an athlete’s mental fitness and confidence in the game. Programs are stressed versus a single drop-in class. It takes time for the body to learn new movement patterns. The body always refers back to the last habit it learned when under pressure. So, until you build the techniques or muscle memory into a habit, you need to have patience & practice.
