Stillwater Companies is a commercial and residential real estate brokerage and construction company owned by Jerome Stewart located in Longwood, FL.

We offer real estate solutions for property owners, lenders, and investors in Florida.  Our companies perform real estate brokerage, lender services including receivership and property management, residential and commercial construction and construction management and maintenance services.  We also own and operate Ciara Creek Office Park in Longwood and lease and build space in this park.

Jerome Stewart is a State of Florida licensed Real Estate Broker and General Contractor.  In addition to commercial income property work we perform construction services including ground up commercial and custom residential single family and multifamily construction, commercial tenant build out, small commercial ground up construction, mold remediation, and general repairs and maintenance services.

Our service area includes all of Central Florida as well as the Florida east coast from Jacksonville to Vero and the Florida west coast from Tallahassee to Naples.  Stillwater has performed property management and receivership oversight on numerous property types including motels, multi family residential, mobile home parks, car washes, retail, office, sewer treatment plants, industrial, and mini warehouse facilities.  We have successfully brokered the sale of land, lots, subdivisions, farms, and all types of commercial income properties and single family and multi family residential.
