STIR is the perfect restaurant to enjoy a night out, host clients, or sip a cocktail over a dozen oysters. Located in North Hills, STIR is open for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.

Our cold bar and kitchen offers fresh oysters from North Carolina and beyond, traditional Mexican and Peruvian ceviche, and classic entrees and specials prepared from scratch. We source the highest quality ingredients predominately from farms and vendors within one hundred miles of Raleigh.

Our bar is serious about cocktails. We freeze and carve 300-pound blocks of purified ice, blend our own bitters and syrups, press juices, and slice ingredients, all in-house. The result is a categorically elevated cocktail. Try our Vieux Carre, Elderflower Sour, or Aviation Cocktail and share our passion.
