Our Die Department builds Progressive and Transfer System dies of all levels. With tryout capabilities up to 2000 tons accommodating dies up to 84" wide x 228" long. STM has substantial experience designing and building dies for; diaphragm plates, booster shells, cross members, exhaust components, heat shields, airbag components, seat components, frame components, suspension components, hitch and bumper components, pillar components, roll form pre-pierce tooling. We also offer the in-house design and build of complete transfer bar systems.

Our highly skilled special machine division designs and builds (but is not limited to); robotic weld cells, weld fixtures, function testing machines, automated assembly machines, rivet machines, hydraulic trim & form presses, heat staking, and prototyping. Everything from machine design to the final plc program is done at our facility.
