Stonehenge Advisors Inc. is a licensed Real Estate Brokerage firm established in 1996 to serve investors in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. SAl institutional quality management with an emphasis on local expertise. The firms experience includes office and industrial space, multifamily apartments,  and retail center management.

Stonehenge Advisors is based in the East Falls section of Philadelphia. The firm was founded by its President, Mr. Daniel A. Sablosky with an original portfolio of Philadelphia office buildings. Mr. Sablosky’s prior career was with Heitman Properties a former division of Heitman Financial of Chicago. While at Heitman Mr. Sablosky served as a Regional Manager in charge of 6 million square feet of office space in Philadelphia, Cincinnati, Louisville, Washington D.C., and Virginia. Prior to this experience Mr. Sablosky was a real estate broker for Helmsley Greenfield of Philadelphia, a division of Helmsley Enterprises New York. In 1996 Stonehenge Advisors started with approximately five (5) office buildings of 600,000 sq. ft. and 5 employees.
