StoneSheets® thin stone panels are made from fusing thin slabs of stone from first-quality blocks of Marble, Granite, Onyx, Quartzite, Travertine, Limestone, or Sandstone, to select durable reinforcement panels. StoneSheets® panels are custom cut to specifications for use as exterior cladding, vanities, countertops, tub and shower surrounds, interior walls, furniture, airplanes, buses and other custom applications and designs. By starting from the block position, we are able to accommodate custom thicknesses and accessories to use with our StoneSheets® Materials.

Our state-of-the-art technology slices the blocks into slabs of stone as thin as 5-6mm, and using sandwich construction standards adopted from the aerospace industry, fuse it to your choice of reinforcement option. Very few construction methods can match the stiffness-density ratio of sandwich construction, creating an extremely efficient, consistent, lightweight structural design. StoneSheets® materials provide your choice of reinforcement options including an Aluminum Honeycomb Matrix with Aluminum or Fiberglass Sheets, an ultra light weight Polymer Composite Sheet, Tempered Glass Sheets or simple Fiberglass Sheets.  Each reinforcement option contributes differently to your project, but whichever option chosen, a full slab (4’ x 8’) weighs only between 140 – 160 pounds, reducing the weight of comparable 2cm by about 75%. Our products naturally contribute to Sustainable Design and LEED, and feature well known long-life and renewable materials, like Aluminum, making for simple installations and logistics.
