Stor-Age is the leading and largest self storage property fund and brand in South Africa, and the first and only self storage Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) listed on any emerging market exchange. The total portfolio consists of over 100 properties situated in South Africa and the UK. 

November 2025 will mark the ten-year anniversary since listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) and during this period we have successfully grown the portfolio from 24 to 107 properties, GLA from 181 300 m2 to over 600 000 m2 and the value of the property portfolio, including properties in our JV partnerships, from R1.3 billion to R17.4 billion.

We continue to deploy capital strategically, adding quality and scale to our high-quality portfolio in South Africa and the UK on a select basis and in line with our strict investment criteria. 

As at March 2025, the South African portfolio consists of 63 properties and the UK 44.
