I am a tenured Associate Professor of Health Care Management in the College of Business & Public Affairs at Lander University in Greenwood, SC.  (Lander is one of SC’s public universities.)  Prior to beginning my teaching career in 2000, I spent 25 years in healthcare administration and consulting.  Lander encourages its faculty to stay active in the “real world” and permits me to maintain a private consulting practice.  I have two other consultants who work with me on my projects.  Primarily, we provide planning services to healthcare clients. We help clients with healthcare regulatory compliance (CON and licensing, primarily), strategic planning, business and financial planning, feasibility studies, facility/construction planning, real estate development, physician recruitment, and medical office management.
