Strategic Leadership Development International, Inc. (SLDI) serves companies of every size, from mom-and-pop startups to Fortune 100 companies. Internationally we have conducted leadership and management training in Europe, Asiatic Russia, Africa, and Latin America.

Our range of leadership services includes leadership coaching and mentoring, leadership and management training, team-building, facilitated strategic planning, and business consulting. We also offer programs to help companies create their own in-house mentoring program or to design in-house leadership development courses and tools.

The founder and managing principal of SLDI is Dr. Mike Armour. A lifelong leader himself, he is a retired Navy captain, a former college president, the former CEO of an international humanitarian organization, the former CIO of a nationwide intelligence community, and a key executive in a variety of non-profit and faith-based organizations.

Mike is a best-selling author who has published seven books on leadership. He is also a keynote speaker in wide demand for major corporate events.
