StrivePartnership is a Cincinnati-based collaborative focused on improving academic outcomes in the urban core of Greater Cincinnati. Established in 2006 by leaders from schools, government, nonprofits, business, funders, city officials, and universities who formed a partnership rather than a new program, it unites more than 300 representatives around a common purpose to transform education. The group advances cradle-to-career work by catalyzing collaborative action, fostering continuous improvement, and aligning resources to what works, guided by five shared goals that cover preparation for school, out-of-school support, academic success, postsecondary attainment, and meaningful career progression. Its work targets kindergarten readiness, fourth-grade reading and math, graduation, and postsecondary success. 
As a small, cross-sector partnership, it coordinates efforts among districts, educators, nonprofits, funders, city officials, and universities in the Cincinnati urban core. In 2019, it announced a collaboration with KnowledgeWorks to develop a more dynamic online delivery system for performance indicators across a broader set of students.
