From 2004 until 2011, we operated as the PremierGarage of Central Pennsylvania and PremierGarage of Maryland franchises. For nearly seven years, our companies assisted Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia homeowners and small businesses with concrete coatings and organization systems. While our emphasis was garage makeovers, we also enhanced basements, sunrooms, patios, poolrooms and workshops. Our commercial projects included restaurants, commercial kitchens, fire stations, kennels, showrooms, food processing, churches, dairies, service bays and more. With a desire to specialize in the floor coatings and polished concrete, our management/ownership teams decided to become fully independent in 2011. This change allows our experienced staff to provide additional flooring systems for homeowners and businesses. Our partnerships with local Organization companies ensures we still provide complete garage enhancement services to current and new customers in Central & Southeastern Pennsylvania, Greater Maryland, Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C.
