Academic software is full version software with a special discount for academic users. When purchasing academic software, the customer must present proof of end user's academic status. In return, eligible customers enjoy a very low discounted price (20%~80% discount from commercial prices). Current students, teachers, school staff and educational institutions can prove their academic status by presenting dated proof of academic status.  Examples are a dated copy of student/teacher/staff picture ID, official class registration receipt, school pay stub or a letter with school letterhead that confirms the user's academic status. (Please refer to the general qualification table in question 4 of this FAQ.) Academic institutions and their departments may present an official letter as proof.

Academic software products are fully licensed and will be delivered in factory-sealed retail boxes. You will be able to register the software with the software vendor and receive technical support from the software vendor support programs. The software products are not OEM copies and they are not downloadable from our website. Their features are IDENTICAL to their correspondent commercial version products unless explicitly stated in the product description.
