What began in 2013 out of Florida State’s Undergraduate Research Office to help students become more career-ready, grew into a company of dedicated High-Impact Practices (HIPs) leaders working together to scale experiential learning across campuses nationwide. Additionally, SOC connects curriculum with career through its one-of-a-kind Experiential Learning Intermediary (ELI) service (learn more on our website).
Our mission: for every student to participate in quality experiential learning opportunities so they are better prepared to enter a rapidly evolving, increasingly competitive 21st-century life and workforce.
