Our Story In the spring of 2000, UW graduates Dwayne and Jessica Bishop branched out from a nationally owned organization and formed the locally recognized Student Painters.net. Since acquiring local ownership the Northwest operations have grown tremendously, grossing over $2.3 million in 2007. In 2008, CEO Jessica Bishop was chosen by the Puget Sound Business Journal as a 40 under Forty honoree. Student Painters is founded on the belief that universities hold a unique resource; a small pool of future business and community leaders that are ready to do great things if only they can be provided with the skills and knowledge necessary to do so.
