Bobbie McGrath of Successful Staging is the creator of the Occupied Consultation Specialist™ training program. This program was developed as she staged and/or consulted on nearly 8,000 homes throughout North Carolina. She currently provides these services while training stagers from around the world. She is a sought after speaker and trainer within the home staging industry. She is also the best selling co-author of "Home Staging-The Power That Sells Real Estate". 

Bobbie specializes in working with sellers who are living in their home while the property is on the market. Realtors use words like, “positive”, “professional”, “effective” and “great communicator” when describing her interactions with their clients. Home sellers often remark how the deceptively simple changes she recommends can create such a huge difference in the way their house is shown. After her staging experience with Bobbie, one seller remarked, “I’ll never sign with a Realtor who doesn’t use Bobbie as their Stager.” 

Realizing her insights and experience would allow her to train fellow stagers, Bobbie embarked on creating her OCS™ program to elevate the services of even new stagers. Her training has been well received and Bobbie plans on staying "in the trenches" providing consultations as a way to stay in touch with her students.

One of the main goals of her service is to utilize what the home seller already has whenever possible. When needed, she is able to provide keen insight as to what is needed while keeping the seller's budget in mind. After all, she is there to make them money, not spend it!
