SUISA is a Swiss cooperative in the music rights field, founded in 1923 and based in Zurich. It unites more than 41,000 composers, lyricists and music publishers, organizing their rights to ensure royalties are collected when music is used publicly in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The organization operates with a broad international reach, supported by agreements with more than 100 sister societies that extend protection to about two million authors and publishers.
