Sullivan & Hilscher Family Law (formerly Law Offices of Mark E. Sullivan, P.A.) is a family law & divorce firm located in Raleigh, North Carolina.  Mark Sullivan is a retired Army Reserve JAG colonel and a North Carolina State Bar Board-Certified Specialist in Family Law.  Kris Hilscher has limited his practice to family law in Raleigh since 2012 and is a North Carolina State Bar Board-Certified Specialist in Family Law.  Mark Sullivan is the author of The Military Divorce Handbook (ABA, 3rd Ed. 2019).  Our attorneys are licensed to practice only in the State of North Carolina.  Vanessa Puhak is a senior associate, a former Army officer and former military spouse.  She was admitted to practice in North Carolina in 2017.  She has focused her legal career in the area of family law including domestic violence and international child abduction.  Olivia Lane is an associate attorney at Sullivan & Hilscher, where she focuses her practice on family law. A driven and compassionate advocate, Olivia is committed to guiding clients through some of life’s most challenging transitions with clarity and care.
