A NEW OPTION IN CUSTOMIZED LIVING FOR RESIDENTS ON STATE WAIVER PROGRAMS
Our communities provide a new living option for residents on CADI and Elderly Waiver programs. We’re proud of the value that we’re able to provide each of our residents without sacrificing the quality of our services. Our goal is to deepen our relationships with case managers throughout the area to provide this new alternative to their clients.

• Shared Spaces Promote Safer Living - Shared apartments, bathrooms, and laundry areas allow our residents to stay connected to the community at all times. Statistics show that 80% of senior falls happen in the bathroom. Our shared bathrooms ensure everyone is accounted for and stays safe at all times. 
 
• Family Style Dining Options Promote Connections – Relationships are built and deepened when we break bread together. Enjoying home-style meals and great conversation in our common dining rooms is fundamental to our health as a community.

• Community Activities Promote Relationships – From bingo to on-site spiritual services, participation in key activities is vital to helping our residents live enriched lives and stay as active as they prefer daily.
