Sunset Manufacturing specializes in precision fabrication of stainless and mild steel, aluminum and other sheet metal, including laser cutting, forming, welding, finishing and assembly. Serving a diverse customer base of OEMs throughout the Upper Midwest, Sunset Manufacturing is located just an hour northwest of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis-St. Paul. Proficient in maximizing setups and programming, we excel at producing smaller quantities of custom parts and components for a wide variety of applications. Examples include machine guards and enclosures, certain non-pressure tanks, conveyors and machine structures, walkways and mezzanines, and small brackets and weldments. 

We can engineer even the most intricate cust of one-half the thickness of a human hair (+/-.005), in up to 1/2" aluminum, 3/4" stainless and mild steel. We make it happen with consistent repeatability, to your exact specs, all seamlessly staged with tunrkey fabrication, machining and finishing to complete your custom requirements.
