Superior HealthPlan is a Texas-based health plan and managed care organization that has operated since 1999. Based in Austin and part of the Centene family, it serves communities across Texas with nine products for about two million members. Its programs address both mental and physical wellness to connect members with coordinated care.

In partnership with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Superior provides healthcare across all 254 counties, including administering STAR Health for foster youth. Its community involvement includes around 2,000 events each year and more than $1 million in funding for low-income families, and in 2026 it partnered with ATTACh to expand caregiver support.
