RFID: The new hi-tech standard provides consistent, reliable hotel security. The SureTechLock System One Series is built to manage even the largest hotels in the world. The great flexibility of our proximity locks is being discovered by all types and sizes of hotels. The improved hospitality technology enhances your hotel’s security, making daily routines easier and thereby reducing your staff’s overall workload. By linking directly with your existing front desk computer; all that is required is our proprietary software and the System One Series Card Encoder. No other expensive programming units or other hardware is required. Key cards are issued to guests at check-in, containing encrypted information such as hotel identity, time limitations, room number and additional door access. The door lock will release once the card is placed within a half inch of the reader. Our Windows-based system is flexible and will interface with all PMS programs.* Our system can be expanded to include multiple check-in stations. The SureTechLock System One Series offers many significant advantages including maximum weather protection provided by the sealed reader in the proximity lock. We have addressed your concern that traditional keycard locks can be contaminated by weather penetrating the keycard slot. The System One Series Proximity Lock is a completely sealed unit allowing neither weather nor dust to penetrate the electronics in the reader. The lock is operated by placing a card with a specifically formatted RFID chip in front of the unit rather than inserting a card into a slot. With our high-tech remote check-in software, your guest may make a reservation from the comfort of their home or office and use their membership or alliance card as the room key. With this capability, your guest will have the ability to bypass the front desk and go directly to their room upon arrival.
