We are a full service title insurance agency licensed to provide title and settlement services throughout the country.  for almost 20 years, our Company has focused on serving its customers with the most efficient personalized service and products.  Our goal is to facilitate the purchase, sale and/or financing of residential and commercial real estate through a proactive approach that goes beyond just being a vendor. Megan Kurtz Maher is the sales representative for Surety Title Agency Coastal Region, covering all of Ocean and Monmouth Counties.  Megan's dynamic personality and teamwork skills contribute to her success in working with attorneys, realtors, builders, and lenders.  She has been recognized for her service-oriented customer participation and contributions.  She is a member of the Ocean County Board of Realtors Affiliate Committee, Realtors Community Service Committee and the Young Professionals Network and is active with the Ocean County Bar Associaton.  Megan also is the Program Director for the Ocean County Chapter of Women's Council of Realtors.
