SUS HI EATSTATION is a fast-casual Ninja-themed sushi restaurant. As you enter the Dojo, you will quickly see that Sus Hi Eatstation is not your traditional sit-down sushi restaurant. While in line, you will hear things like the resounding boom of the gong when appetizers are ready, Ninjas yelling FIRE when melting cheese on your  creation, and unique Ninja greetings that you won’t hear anywhere else. 

The Ninjas at Sus Hi Eatstation are given the freedom to express their own personal creativity through the meals they create, the customer service they provide and the team culture they build. In turn, our customers are at the forefront of adapting to this Ninja culture of self-expression by mastering their style in either their personal Ninja life or their Sus Hi Eatstation creation. Each creation is completely unique, promoting individuality and freedom of expression through food with an emphasis on being as innovative as you’d like.
