Susan G. Komen®  New England was created in 2017, a merger between the existing Southern New England and Vermont-New Hampshire affiliates. Komen New England's service area includes Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

Seventy-five percent of net funds raised at the Race for the Cure and other fundraising initiatives like Pink Tie Guys, stays in each state to fund local programs for women and families. The remaining twenty-five percent supports national research to find the causes and cures for breast cancer.

Komen New England awards grants to programs that increase access to quality breast health care. Grant partners provide a comprehensive range of breast health services including free screening, appropriate diagnostic testing, patient navigation and a wide range of follow-up services.
