Sushita es una empresa española que nace en 1999 de la mano de Natacha Apolinario, Sandra Segimón y José Manuel  Segimón.

Desde sus inicios se apostó por ofrecer al consumidor un producto saludable y elaborado con materias primas de calidad.

La oferta de bandejas incluye Sushi Fresco (24 horas de caducidad), Sushi 7Days (hasta 7 días de caducidad), Woks Orientales, Dim Sum, Salsas Orientales, Ensaladas, etc., siendo proveedores de las principales cadenas de distribución del  país. Recientemente se ha innovado consiguiendo una línea de sushi congelado  de máxima calidad, lo que nos permite abordar nuevos proyectos como la exportación.

En 2014 se creó la línea  de restaurantes Sushita Café, posicionados como cocina japo fusión de gran calidad a precios asequibles, en 2017 inauguramos Madame Sushita, en Paseo de la Habana, en 2018 Monsieur Sushita, en la calle Velázquez de Madrid. En 2019 abrimos Le Club Sushita, junto a la Puerta de Alcalá y en 2022 La Madonna Sushita, en la zona de Arturo Soria. El último restaurante es Sushita Green, en la zona de La Moraleja (Alcobendas).
