For more than a decade, the Sustainable Food Lab has been facilitating market-based solutions to the key issues that are necessary for a healthy and sustainable food system to feed a growing world. We use collaborative learning to build strong alliances that facilitate sustainability along the supply chain from producing to distributing to selling food. Businesses are integrating sustainability into their value chains. Companies, farmers, and civil society are identifying the most important sustainability issues in our food systems and developing credible, verifiable, approaches that make improvements and add value through the supply chain. The Sustainable Food Lab is a global network of organizations working together to realize this vision.
