Sweat Fixx is a boutique fitness studio specializing in low impact, high-intensity full body Row and Sculpting workouts. Our vision was to create a studio that empowers everyone to reach their full potential and to leave each workout feeling like a boss. We are passionate about building each other up, community and creating possibility. In our classes, it’s you against you. Sweatfixx workouts are a focused 45 minutes of low impact, full-body conditioning. 
Whether you are a professional athlete or have never worked out before, our workouts are the toughest workouts that EVERYONE can do.

This is NOT your old school row workout. You will shock your body with intervals, on and off our sexy and smooth Water Rowers. Picture a class open to all levels that gives you a fusion of rowing, strength, pilates, and yoga all wrapped in one– now you're talking Sweat Fixx!

No workout is complete without a little muscle. Our strength and yoga classes are designed to complement your cardio workouts. To create those long lean muscles, and provide you with that much needed Balance! Workouts are open to both men and women of all fitness levels.
