Swish of Cellular PVC is a highly sustainable material used for roofline and cladding systems with a working life in excess of 60 years. Cellular PVC roofline has a significantly lower lifetime cost than timber because it has no maintenance requirement and at the end of its working life PVC can also be removed and easily recycled.

Swish Building Products has been awarded the new Responsible Sourcing Certification BES6001 and can now offer developers maximum points under the Code for Sustainable Homes and EcoHomes for responsible sourcing of fascias, cladding and skirting.

All of Swish cellular PVC profiles have been assessed and awarded British Standards Kitemark (KM 33730) and British Board of Agrément (91/2622 and 91/2620) Certification. Swish Building Products holds ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental and OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety Certification.

The innovative Swish rainwater system is manufactured using 84% recycled material that is mainly derived from old doors and windows which is unique in the UK. Recycling PVC requires less energy and therefore this process reduces the CO2 created by 70% when compared to manufacturing with virgin PVC.
