Sydney Youth Orchestras (SYO) is an orchestral training organization based in Haymarket, Sydney, New South Wales. It operates 15 ensembles that collectively involve more than 640 young musicians aged 6 to 25, delivering a structured program of instruction and performance opportunities. The organization presents regular public performances in prominent Sydney venues and participates in major community events, while also running outreach activities such as concerts and workshops in regional New South Wales and at corporate events.

In 2023, SYO celebrated its 50th anniversary with a planned slate of concerts, masterclasses, and special events, capped by a gala featuring alumni. A leadership shift occurred in 2024 when Stanley Dodds was appointed Chief Conductor, bringing extensive conducting pedigree to the ensemble.
