Spraybooths, UV lamps, LED shop lighting, drying robot, paint mixing room and the FixLine innovation are designed in house by Symach R&D engineers, using the highest quality components. All equipment is produced within Symach headquarters of 15’000m2 in Bologna, Italy; installed by trained experts and followed by onsite personalized training.

The FixLine is a repair process in a conveyor system which increases productivity, quality and speed of everyday repair. It reduces the car’s actual time inside the bodyshop by up to 40% (up to 2 days) and reduces an average of 3 to 4 hours in labor cost per repair. Symach curing systems also reduce energy consumption by up to 90%, great for the environment and your carbon footprint.
