OUR STORY: Symmetrics was founded in 1996 by members of the family business that created Crystal Reports, soon to become the most popular enterprise reporting application in the world. Initially a professional services firm specializing in business intelligence and data warehousing, Symmetrics quickly focused on an under-served industry — contact centers. Instrumental in helping Nortel add reporting services to its call center line of products, Symmetrics then focused its development efforts on its flagship Symmetrics Contact Center Reporting & Analysis Suite, a complete business intelligence and data warehouse solution for call center data analysis and reporting.
