Synapse House is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing rehabilitative opportunities to those affected by brain injury and stroke through a Clubhouse Day Program, Employment Program, KNZ NeuroFitness & Gym and Community Support Services. Accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for Community Integration and Community Employment: Job Development and Employment Supports.
