Each product exists because we kept solving the same problem for clients until it became clear it should exist for everyone.

  Our services include strategic advisory and hands-on implementation for organizations adopting AI—assessment, strategy, execution—grounded in what we've learned building products and implementing solutions at scale.

Founded and led by Paul J. Welty, Ph.D., who led 43 systematic AI experiments evaluating workplace implementation at Emory University, built systems serving thousands of users, and authored The Work of Being: Judgment, Agency, and the AI Era.
