We offer an integrated approach to healing and recovery through physical therapy and occupational therapy.  We use a wide variety of modalities, and share the care of patients between different therapists to get their needs met. Between us, we specialize in the techniques of Strain Counterstrain, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic drainage, Gordon Browne Orthopedic movement training, Lowen systems, Feldenkrais, Vestibular Rehab,  and Frequency Specific Microcurrent. We know that lifestyle changes and movement go hand in hand to achieving a maximum recovery, and we take the time to listen to our patients.   We have a small movement studio in which we offer Feldenkrais and movement classes geared to people recovering from illness and injury that we are eager to begin offering again.  Typically each patient is treated for 53-60 minutes, insurance permitting.
