Synergy+ is a physical therapy and Pilates studio with focus on rehabilitation and fitness. It was established in 2005 by Zeina Grifoni, a registered physical therapist and certified Pilates instructor to create an ideal environment for the healing and wellness of her clients.  At Synergy+ clients can practice Pilates in a safe and stimulating environment as well as physical therapy for post-op rehab to sports related injuries. Our physical therapists specialize in Pilates based orthopedic care, sports rehab, physical fitness, exercise programming, and overall health and wellness. Our Pilates instructors, in addition to teaching Pilates for fitness, have been trained and are well qualified to work safely with a wide range of clients who may have contra-indications because of past or current injuries, are pregnant or are recovering from giving birth, or have medical conditions such as osteoporosis, scoliosis, and chronic pains that prevent them from performing some exercises that may not be adequate for their conditions.

Our physical therapy is Pilates based because Pilates exercises are excellent to rehabilitate not only the body but also the mind. Pilates is a form of exercise that every one should do. It does not matter whether you are a teenager or an octogenarian, Pilates is not only used to improves muscle strength, posture, balance, agility, lose weight, but also to energize and invigorate your mind. Pilates improves physical and mental performance.
