Syqe Medical is a clinical-stage pharma-tech company redefining the global standard of care for central nervous system (CNS) therapeutics. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Tel Aviv, we are unlocking the therapeutic potential of CNS molecules through a first-in-class precision ambulatory drug delivery platform. Solving the Dose-Impairment Tradeoff For decades, the medical application of potent compounds (such as Δ9-THC) has been hindered by a fundamental compromise: effective relief often comes at the cost of debilitating psychoactive side effects. Syqe is solving this problem. Our proprietary drug-device combination provides consistent sub-hallucinogenic dosing (down to 100-microgram resolution) to effectively decouple therapeutic efficacy from cognitive impairment. This empowers patients to achieve rapid, sustained symptom relief while maintaining complete daily functionality. Making Medical History: The Path to FDA Approval We are on a definitive regulatory pathway to make history: securing the world's first FDA approval for a precision-inhaled botanical CNS therapeutic. Currently in global Phase 2 clinical trials for Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathic Pain (DPNP) - a massive unmet medical need. Following our lead indication, our clinical strategy is designed for rapid indication expansion into treatments for PTSD, insomnia, and chronic lower back pain. A Battle-Tested Standard of Care for Veterans Our technology is already clinically de-risked by unprecedented real-world evidence. Today, the commercially available SyqeAir platform is fully adopted and reimbursed by the Israeli Ministry of Defense (MOD) as a first-line treatment for veterans suffering from severe PTSD and chronic pain. Functioning as a rapid-response shield against trauma, our platform allows wounded warriors to successfully return to the workforce without the impairment associated with traditional treatments, sleep better at night, and reduces conventional dosages by two order of magnitude.
