TAB Gıda is a Turkish fast-service restaurant company based in Istanbul and a subsidiary of Ata Holding, employing between 1,001 and 5,000 people. It holds the Turkish brand rights for Burger King, Sbarro, Popeyes, Arby's, Subway, and My BK Cafe, and it founded the Usta Dönerci and Usta Pideci brands. The company began its fast-service operations in 1995 by acquiring the Burger King master franchise in Turkey, and subsequently expanded to include Sbarro in 2007, Popeyes Türkiye in 2007, and Arby's Türkiye in 2010. Usta Dönerci was created in 2013 and Usta Pideci in 2019, with Subway added to its portfolio in 2022. In 2019, TAB Gıda received a Gold Plate Award for operational excellence in its Popeyes operations.
