Similar to hiring an architect for a new building, a registered roof consultant will guide the owner or manager through the maze of roof systems, contractors, manufacturers, warranties and “latest and greatest claims”. The consultant will also ensure effective communication between all of the parties on a project to protect the owner’s short-term and long-term interests.
