Taj Development Company (TDC) is a full service General Contractor licensed to manage projects up to $2M. We specialize in carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and weatherization. 

Roxanna Daniel, CEO of TDC, has been in the construction industry for more than 40 years. She was part of the first round of women accepted into the union in the Painters and Decorators Council. She co-founded TDC with her friend and client Margaret Wilson (a retired School Teacher). They saw a need to help ensure that women and seniors were treated fairly and with integrity in an industry that was/is plagued with dishonesty. We are driven by a vision that something different is possible, that we can provide high-quality construction services while treating our clients, partners, and employees with care.
