Take Charge® Professional Lifestyle, Health, & Nutrition Strategies is a company providing a turnkey system of Lifestyle Modification Education for Independent Pharmacists. 

The Take Charge® Professional Lifestyle, Health, & Nutrition Strategies is a 13 week system of Intense Behavioral Therapy, a one on one program for Obesity Education and permanent lifestyle modification. The patient is led step-by-step through their personalized program by a knowledgeable trained health care professional that they have learned to trust with their health…their Pharmacist. 

Take Charge® is designed to enhance the Pharmacist’s status as a Health Care Provider. The Pharmacist serves as educator, motivator, monitor and guide as the patient, through trial and error, learns, develops, and implements a blueprint of lifestyle changes that improve their health and well-being. 

The sole purpose for Take Charge® is to position the Independent Community Pharmacist as a recognized member of the Health Care Team.  Through the use of Collaborative Practice Agreements with local Physicians our Pharmacists are fast becoming the go to professionals for the treatment and prevention of obesity and its co-morbid conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes, Hyperlipidemia, Hypertension and other Cardiovascular Diseases.
