For those with an interest in golf, two enhanced memberships also are available, offering all the benefits of Ranch membership plus unlimited and preferred golf privileges. Three types of exclusive memberships are offered at Talking Rock: The Ranch Membership includes full usage of the luxurious and convenient Ranch Compound amenities at Talking Rock. Ranch Memberships are priced at $14,000 and $95 per month. The Arizonan Membership includes all the benefits of the Ranch Membership, plus access to the outstanding Jay Morrish golf course on weekdays. The Arizonan Membership is priced at $22,500 and $215 per month. The Homestead Membership provides unlimited use of the all the unparalleled facilities and amenities at Talking Rock. The Homestead Membership is priced at $45,000 and $385 per month.
