Incorporated in 1980, Tandem Construction specializes in Construction Management (CM) Services on Florida's Gulf Coast. 100% of our work program is negotiated construction management services and 80% of our construction management services are for repeat clientele in both the private and public sector. 

Tandem Construction provides construction management services to the commercial, residential and institutional markets. We have successfully managed the design and construction of:
