Tandem Mobility was born out of a desire to help develop and manage complete mobility solutions with our community partners. Founded in June 2020, we now operate 20+ bike share programs across 8 states, supporting systems ranging from 10 - 200 bikes. 

Our in-house team of industry professionals each has a minimum of 6 years’ experience directly overseeing the operational and financial success of bike and e-mobility programs. We work very closely with our municipal, university, and private and nonprofit sector partners throughout the entire lifecycle of the program - from providing early stage resources during a community’s mobility discovery process, to working collaboratively during the launch planning phase, to maintaining a connected partnership as the shared mobility program evolves with the changing demands of each community. 

Data is important to us. We use it to inform and refine our operational processes, to evaluate system health in each community, and to develop recommendations for our community partners as they seek to learn and grow from their bike share programs. Also important to us? Providing our partners with complete visibility and access to ridership data and other key performance metrics. 

Tandem Mobility provides comprehensive turnkey mobility solutions; we specialize in traditional cruiser bike share programs, e-bike shares, real estate scooter shares, self-service bike locker programs, and self-service kayak rental lockers through our sister brand: Rent.Fun. We operate mixed fleets on a singular rider app, for ultimate convenience, accessibility, and flexibility.
