GM O’Connell and Bob Allen, founders and former CEO and COO of Modem Media, have teamed up with the founders of Apernet, (Latin America’s leading interactive development firm), creating Tango Modem, a technology-focused agency here in the US. 

Our model is simple. We scope work directly with our client partners in the U.S. and then execute with our senior team in our Buenos Aires offices. Our lower labor cost structure and open source platform approach enable us to deliver great work for less. Our teams are able to quickly develop robust solutions, as well as provide key technical insights, uncovering critical requirements early, helping to deliver On Time, On Quality, and On Budget.

Tango Modem is made up of consistent, hands-on, fully staffed, senior teams both here in US and in Argentina. Everyone in our organization has built his or her career in the interactive marketing industry, and has deep experience in consumer facing design and development. Our teams include business analysts, project leaders, technical architects, senior developers, and a fully staffed Quality Assurance team. 

Mobile app development makes up ~60% of our projects, which allows us to specialize in iOS and Android development, giving us deep experience in this area.
